Kyle Warren

Founder + Research Director

Kyle is an educator and researcher focused on the affective relationships of trauma, memory, and the design of the built environment. Committed to the pursuit of social and spatial justice, Kyle is completing his doctorate in philosophies of religion at Drew University. Kyle teaches at the Boston Architectural College, worked as an outreach worker with Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and has been an advisor and partner on several BSA initiatives, including Mass + Cass and Make/Shift.

I’m interesting in developing tools that share ownership with people seeking support services to promote agency through open source knowledge sharing. These projects include mapping resources, creating systems to review and share experiences with programs, and platforms to advocate for their rights without fear of retaliation from the organization they rely on for services.
